Briefing:
Agent, we want you to be out on the lookout for anything suspicious and see if you can find any threats to our system. Your first lead is that our team found this document lying around in one of the hacker's computers. Careless, we know, but we can exploit this weakness! See if you can recover the secret password as it could help us to learn more about the hackers and their next plan.
Easter Egg! (not really):

(the challenge file name)
This can be decoded into plaintext from base64 to reveal… “planA.9.26.2020:redacting is so secure”

It’s possible that you’ve seen redacted pdfs before--maybe in secret agent movies for hiding information! However, these pdfs aren’t as secure as they may seem… (of course, we're talking about digital ones)
To successfully “redact” a pdf, you can't just place shapes on the document, which is want the C0fF33 L0v3Rs did. As a result of this, the simple solution is to either open the pdf in Google Docs (which removes the black rectangles), or simply highlight the desired “redacted” text and copy paste it!
Let us know if you solved it a different way!
